Lee Kim is an attorney, consultant, and expert witness. She advises organizations in the United States and internationally on cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, and artificial intelligence. She is an AV Preeminent peer review rated attorney and holds the CISSP and CIPP/US credentials. Her technical background includes system, database, and website administration for a variety of entities, including universities, software companies, hospitals, and a major pharmaceutical company.
Lee serves as a Director of InfraGard Northern Capital Region, Vice Chair of the Artificial Intelligence Taskforce of the American Bar Association Health Law Section, and faculty member with IANS Research. Her work in critical infrastructure protection included serving as a team leader and analyst with the Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program (AEP), supporting research on social engineering, data protection, medical device cybersecurity, and maritime and port cybersecurity.
