Chief Master Sgt. Kenneth M. Bruce, Jr.

Chief Master Sgt. Bruce enlisted in the Air Force in July 1996. His experience includes various positions within sensor operations, geospatial intelligence, and special operations at the squadron, wing, major command and Headquarters Air Force levels. He has deployed in support of multiple named operations across the globe.

Chief Master Sgt. Bruce has held a range of leadership positions, culminating as a Command Chief Master Sergeant. He is a John Levitow recipient from Airman Leadership School, the Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, and a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Senior Non-commissioned Officer Academy. Chief Master Sgt. Bruce was awarded the Legion of Merit with one bronze oak leaf cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with silver and bronze oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster, and Air Force Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster.

His other achievements include a 2004 Headquarters Special Warfare Command, Republic of Korea Letter of Commendation, the 2009 United States Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Margaret Frances Barbour NCO of the Year Award, a 2010 Republic of Korea Air Force Letter of Commendation, and the 2016 United States Air Force Etchberger Team of the Year Award.
