Dr. Kellep A. Charles is a cybersecurity leader, educator, and advisor with deep expertise at the intersection of security, artificial intelligence, and governance. He currently serves as Chair of Cybersecurity Programs at Capitol Technology University, where he also leads advanced cyber laboratories and helps shape curricula that align academic rigor with real-world operational needs.
