Jonelle oversees the strategic vision of JP Morgan Chase’s Global Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team tasked with educating and inspiring all 290,000+ employees around the world to be cyber smart. Jonelle owns the portfolio comprised of multiple large-scale projects and diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders, auditors, software engineers, and more. Jonelle’s team is responsible for all general, targeted, mandatory and voluntary cybersecurity programs that are delivered globally throughout the year.

Some of Jonelle’s recent achievements include developing the firm’s first-ever formal training program for 50,000 software engineers and building out a new, global team of 15+ employees who take her vision and enthusiasm for cybersecurity education to new levels.

In Jonelle’s free time, she is a passionate advocate for pediatric cancer research and patient support. She is currently fundraising for the #NeverStopRoaring pediatric cancer research grant. She also co-founded a non-profit organization, Portosaurs, Inc. which provides free and discounted port shirts to pediatric cancer patients throughout the US.
