Joe Boye is the Solutions Consultant Manager for Palo Alto Networks Federal Systems Integrator IT Services District.  Mr. Boye has over 20 years of broad-based experience in the development, security, and deployment of large and complex information systems. Mr. Boye’s technical expertise encompasses large-scale system development lifecycle processes, risk management framework, cybersecurity infrastructure management, mission-critical systems operations, and cybersecurity systems architecture and engineering.

Mr. Boye has successfully orchestrated CONUS and OCONUS implementations of the following systems: software-defined networks, network and security operation centers (NSOCs), multiple-classified networks, data centers, video and data networks, and artificial intelligence infrastructure. His solid technical and engineering background helps in working effectively with subject matter experts to build a winning content or to develop a solution. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Operations Management, as well as Electrical Engineering. Furthermore, Mr. Boye holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication and Business Administration, with concentrations in InfoSec/Cybersecurity, as well as a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering. Joe is currently a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University, where his research interests include: smart grid cybersecurity, small modular reactor cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and AI-driven cybersecurity response for electric grid operations.

In addition to Mr. Boye’s degrees, he has various certifications to include, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), VMware Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Penetration Tester (CPT), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations V3, and Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDT).
