About Jim Lopez

Jim Lopez is an Office Chief in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Lopez oversees the Office of Finance in the Division’s Disclosure Review Program. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Lopez was an associate with the law firm of Wilmer Hale. Mr. Lopez earned a B.A. from Ohio University and received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati where he was an associate member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
