Jeleasa Grayned is an emerging professional in the digital technology industry. Originally from Atlanta Georgia, she is a recent graduate from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Currently, she is a member of the Digital Technology Leadership program at Carrier where she has gained diverse experiences and developed her leadership skills by rotating through different roles within the company every eight months.
In her present role, she is a part of the Cybersecurity Awareness team where she raises awareness among employees and stakeholders about potential cyber threats, promotes best practices for secure online behavior, and implements an effective security training program. She regularly assists in conducting engaging training sessions, phishing competitions, and community discussions, to empower employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect sensitive information and maintain secure digital practices. Jeleasa’s goal is to develop innovative digital solutions to enhance the overall posture of the organization while empowering diversity in her field.
