Dr. Jeffrey Johns is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Embed Security, bringing over two decades of expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with 14 years specializing in cybersecurity applications. Prior to founding Embed, he served as Director of Data Science & Engineering at Google Cloud Security and held leadership roles at Mandiant and FireEye, where he built data science teams that deployed dozens of models for detection, threat intelligence, and analyst support systems. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with research focus in reinforcement learning, and previously conducted research at the National Security Agency.
