As the Security Customer Success Leader at Microsoft Federal, Jay heads an organization of architects and engineering supporting government agencies in secure Cloud and AI adoption. With two decades of experience, Jay is a recognized thought leader and regular industry speaker on cyber workforce development. Jay is a member of the WiCyS Executive Leaders Network and a sponsor and leader supporting the Cyber HERo Community, championing initiatives that expand and strengthen the security talent pipeline.
