Helen Oakley is VP of Software and AI Security at SAP, where she leads global programs shaping how one of the world’s largest software companies secures its AI and development ecosystem.

Beyond SAP, Helen is driving industry-wide efforts to bring transparency and accountability to AI—co-leading the AI Bill of Materials initiative with CISA.gov and the OWASP Agentic AI Security initiative that’s defining how organizations can secure autonomous AI systems.

She’s also the creator of the first open-source AIBOM Generator and the Agentic AI Capture-the-Flag platform, FinBot—both widely adopted in the security community. A founding partner of the AI Integrity and Safe Use Foundation, Helen is a recognized voice advancing practical, responsible innovation in AI security worldwide.
