Hayley Floyd

Hayley Floyd is a Partnership Intelligence Analyst at the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) on the Partnership Intelligence Coordination team. Hayley leads the E-ISAC’s intelligence outreach and collaboration with the small and medium-sized utilities community, including producing reports and creating events tailored to the community. In addition, Hayley acts as the E-ISAC’s liaison to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), coordinating collaboration to enhance information sharing between the E-ISAC and our government partners to better serve the members.
