Gus Serino

Gus Serino, PE, is President of I&C Secure, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in control systems engineering and ICS/OT cybersecurity. Specializing in water and wastewater, Gus leads a team focused on delivering secure, resilient, SCADA and automation solutions for critical infrastructure. He’s recognized as a subject matter expert in the field, with media appearances on Anderson Cooper 360 and features in CNN and Wired. Drawing on prior roles at CDM Smith, MWRA, and Dragos, Gus now helps utilities build sustainable cybersecurity programs that protect essential services. Additionally, he serves as a contracted consultant to Dragos OT-CERT and WaterISAC.
