Fouad Animashaun

Ayo Animashaun is a Security Engineer on Dropbox’s Detection and Response Team (DART), where he specializes in macOS forensics and malware analysis. He started his career as a SOC Analyst on Rapid7’s Managed Detection and Response team, handling alert triage, malware reverse-engineering and incident response for customers worldwide.

Ayo earned a BSc. in Computing with a specialisation in Cybersecurity from the National College of Ireland and holds the GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) certification; his high score also earned him an invitation to the GIAC Advisory Board. Outside of work, Ayo enjoys building Gundam models, hacking retro PlayStations, traveling and exploring Y2K-era fashion and technology.
