Flavius Plesu is the Founder of OutThink, a Human Risk Management platform serving large enterprises. A former CISO whose focus on human factors in cybersecurity dates back to his MSc thesis thirteen years ago, Flavius built OutThink from lived practitioner experience, working alongside Security Awareness Officers and CISOs to integrate human risk intelligence into security operations. He speaks and writes on the evolution of human risk management from compliance to strategic security partnership, and has advised enterprises across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and energy.
