Felizia Svendsen

Felizia Svendsen is a Technology Senior Manager at Southwest Airlines, where she leads the Cybersecurity Program Team which includes Cybersecurity Training, Education, and Awareness Team. Felizia is passionate about finding solutions to complex problems by breaking them down into meaningful nuggets, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. She strives to cultivate meaningful strategic partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders while "working in the grey." Prior to her work at Southwest Airlines, Felicia led several strategic technology initiatives for a large financial institution.
