About Eva Szilagyi

With over fifteen years of professional experience in information security, Eva is a principal consultant at Alzette Information Security, where she delivers tailored solutions to clients across Europe, assisting them in planning, implementing, and supporting their information security projects and infrastructure.

Before co-founding Alzette Information Security, Eva built her expertise at respected consulting firms. She has worked in large and complex environments in diverse sectors, including public services, research institutes, manufacturing, finance, and technology.

Eva holds a master's degree in Networks and Telecommunications from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse and in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. She regularly presents at security conferences, including BruCON, Hack.lu, Hacktivity, Nuit du Hack, BSides London, BSides Munich, BSides Stuttgart, BSides Ljubljana, BSidesBUD, BSides Prague, Pass the SALT, No Hat, UYBHYS, Blackhoodie, Black Alps, Security Session. Eva maintains up-to-date expertise by monitoring industry trends, pursuing training, and earning professional certifications.
