Erica Mick

Erica Mick leads the Security Culture and Human Risk Management program at Royal Caribbean Group. With a background in data analytics, marketing, and education, she approaches security awareness with as much empathy as data. Her passion is getting to the root of the problem and implementing sustainable solutions. As a South Florida native, she loves the beach as much as she does Cuban sandwiches.
