Ensar Şeker is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with extensive academic credentials and practical expertise. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from New York Tech and a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies from TalTech.
His career began as an IT Specialist at Solaris in the U.S. (2010–2013) before he became Chief of IT at Turkish Petroleum A.Ş. (2013–2015). From 2016 to 2018, he served as a security researcher at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) in Estonia, simultaneously holding the position of senior researcher at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM (2015–2020).
Since 2020, Ensar has held multiple leadership roles in leading cybersecurity firms, including MDR Project Manager, Penetration Testing Team Lead, Red Team Lead, and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He is currently the Vice President of Research and CISO at SOCRadar.
A sought-after speaker, Ensar has delivered keynote addresses at over 100 prestigious events worldwide, such as the RSA Conference, World Economic Forum Summit, Cybersecurity Summit, FIRST, and FS-ISAC Summit. He has also led over 250 training sessions and authored more than 300 publications on topics including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
