Ensar Şeker is a seasoned expert in cybersecurity with a strong academic and professional background. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from New York Tech and completed a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies at TalTech.
Ensar began his career as an IT Specialist at Solaris in the U.S. (2010–2013), followed by his role as Chief of IT at Turkish Petroleum A.Ş. (2013–2015). From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a security researcher at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) in Estonia, while concurrently working as a senior researcher at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM (2015–2020).
Since 2020, Ensar has held various leadership positions at several prominent cybersecurity companies, including MDR Project Manager, Penetration Testing Team Lead, Red Team Lead, and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He currently serves as the Vice President of Research and CISO at SOCRadar.
He has delivered keynote speeches at over 100 high-profile events, including the RSA Conference, World Economic Forum Summit, Cybersecurity Summit, and FS-ISAC Summit. Ensar has also conducted more than 250 training sessions and authored over 300 articles on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technologies.
