Derek Wenzel

Derek Wenzel is the Assistant Vice President of Industrial Controls Resilience & Compliance at Costco Wholesale. Derek came to this role after leading Costco’s IT audit function, spending over twenty years in the field of IT audit. He started his professional career as an IT infrastructure analyst/manager and also spent four years as production supervisor at several large manufacturing facilities. Derek is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
