About Deidre Diamond

Deidre Diamond is the Founder and CEO of CyberSN and Founder of Secure Diversity, organizations dedicated to transforming how cybersecurity and IT leaders build, understand, and retain talent. As the founder of the cybersecurity job taxonomy—and now the IT job taxonomy—Deidre has spent more than 12 years helping organizations create stronger alignment between business goals, workforce capabilities, and hiring strategies.

Before founding CyberSN, Deidre served as the first Vice President of Sales at Rapid7, where she built the company’s go-to-market strategy across sales, channels, and partnerships, helping scale recurring revenue to $50 million. Her experience building high-performing teams and understanding the operational realities of cybersecurity organizations shaped the foundation of CyberSN’s Workforce Intelligence and Talent Delivery solutions.

Today, Deidre works closely with CISOs, CIOs, boards, HR leaders, and cybersecurity software firms to help them gain clear, ongoing visibility into their cyber and IT talent ecosystem—including FTEs, contractors, consultants, and MSPs—so they can identify capability gaps, reduce workforce risk, mature teams, and retain critical talent. Under her leadership, CyberSN has become known for its expertise in workforce intelligence, talent matching, workforce risk management, and cybersecurity hiring strategy.
