Daniel Buhmann

Daniel Buhmann is working as Principal Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert for Operational Technology & IoT at Fortinet. With nearly 20 years of experience in Industrial Cybersecurity, he is working closely with customers and partners to design security solutions to their needs while understanding the requirements and constraints of industrial environments.

Before his current role, Daniel was leading a Business Unit for Security Solutions at a German consulting company where his focus were vulnerability assessments, awareness trainings, consulting and the conception & development of security solutions in the field of OT Security. He is also speaker at congresses, trade fairs, training courses and workshops.
