Crystal Lister leads data-derived research and technical analysis programs to inform the cloud threat landscape and identify actionable security risk mitigations to inform customer cloud security approaches. She is a cybersecurity risk management expert and leverages her expertise in well-resourced cyber threat actors and insider risks to help protect cloud infrastructure, services, sensitive data, intellectual property, and other critical cloud assets from theft, industrial espionage, and information technology sabotage. Ms. Lister previously served 10 years in the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency leading Cyber Threat Intelligence and Insider Risk Management teams addressing complex national security issues, informing policymakers, and helping protect operations worldwide. She Co-founded and led several cybersecurity service startups in the private sector from 2016-2022, where she was instrumental in providing security consulting for customers across multiple verticals, leading a cross-functional cyber threat intelligence team, and executing growth strategies to increase business revenue and build partner ecosystems. Ms. Lister holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa and B.A. degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Oklahoma. Her book on insider risk management is due out in winter 2024.
