Charlotte has 10 years' experience in leading customer success teams within the cybersecurity industry, and has considerable expertise in partnering with customers to advise, design and deliver impactful adaptive security awareness training campaigns, tailored to the specific needs of each organisation.

Her PhD in Mathematical Modelling from the University of Oxford enables her to perform deep analysis of customers’ data and share stories, recommendations and actionable next steps based on the insights discovered.
