Cesar is a technical professional with over 10 years’ experience in digital forensics, intelligence and computer systems. He currently supports the DoD conducting forensic examinations and a Cyber Operations Officer in the Army National Guard. He’s achieved a master’s degree in Computer Forensics and holds numerous forensic and technical certifications.
