Bailey Bercik (CISSP, GCIH, GSEC) is a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst at Microsoft’s Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC). She was previously a Senior PM on Microsoft Security’s identity team where she worked on Entra (formerly Azure AD) and Security Copilot, a generative AI-powered security assistant.
Bailey’s a prolific public speaker and guest lecturer, having spoken at security conferences such as DEF CON 29, SANS, ISC2: Security Congress, Blue Team Con, Authenticate Con, BSides, and more. She's also appeared on podcasts such as RunAs Radio, Uncovering Hidden Risks, and The Azure Security Podcast. In 2024, Bailey hosted The 425 Show, a live webinar for technical content run by the Microsoft Security Community channel.
In addition to speaking, she's a 5x patented inventor, has been featured in two books, and authored technical pieces on enterprise identity & access management for Identiverse and the IDPro Body of Knowledge. Outside of the office, Bailey serves on Bates Technical College's Advanced Technology Advisory Committee and volunteers as COO of The KC7 Foundation, a nonprofit providing hands-on threat hunting and intrusion analysis experiences to over 100,000 users.
