About Amit Hammer

Amit Hammer is a seasoned technology executive and recognized thought leader with over 20 years of experience leading innovation across intelligence, semiconductors, AI, and industrial technologies.

He began his career in an elite intelligence R&D unit, followed by a decade at Texas Instruments, where he held global leadership roles in connectivity and IoT, including GM of the San Diego site and a business unit leader at the company’s Dallas headquarters.

Amit later led Neura as CEO, transforming it into a B2B SaaS platform that turned complex behavioural data into real-time, actionable insights for enterprise customers. Following its acquisition by Otonomo, he served as EVP of Operations, helping shape the company’s data-driven mobility strategy.

He then joined SolarEdge as VP of Programs, leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Today, as CEO of Salvador Tech, Amit is focused on advancing cyber resilience and redefining how industrial organizations prepare for and rapidly recover from inevitable cyber disruptions - particularly as organizations navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven platforms and the potential cyber risks they introduce.
