Inclusive Cybersecurity Training for the ICS/OT Workforce

Securing ICS/OT environments depends as much on the people working around them as the operators running them. Plant managers, IT staff, and business leaders all interact with or make decisions affecting industrial operations, yet many lack the ICS/OT-specific awareness those environments demand. This poster gives organizations a role-specific training framework spanning end users, practitioners, and leaders, with over 30 short courses designed to build the operational awareness, defensive skills, and safety culture needed to protect critical infrastructure.
