The Operative-Technical Agency (the OTA) under the State Security Service of Georgia
The central state authority performing functions of the National CERT and coordinating implementation of baseline cyber and informational security standards across designated Critical Informational System Subjects. In addition, one of the core functions of the OTA also involves assisting various national law enforcement and security agencies while combating and investigating cyber and cyber-enabled offences.
