Incident Response - What Really Matters in the First Hours

In this session we will explore the often-overlooked challenges in the first moments after an incident. Teams must make decisions with limited information, incomplete visibility and growing pressure from the business (and customer). How do you construct a coherent, accurate story, how do you communicate with executives, stakeholders and the public whilst also balancing the impact of the incident and measures that need to be taken.

In this session we will take a practical approach, look at some recent cases that went very wrong but also some that went very well. After this session you will know exactly how to handle the next incident that for sure will take place.
