The Black History Month BootUp CTF offers challenge-based learning for participants at all levels. The event aligns with Black History Month, a time to recognize the achievements and ongoing impact of Black communities throughout history, while providing an open learning experience for anyone looking to build cybersecurity skills. Whether you are exploring cybersecurity for the first time or expanding intermediate abilities, the event gives you hands-on practice with concepts used in real environments.

This 72-hour event allows participants to work at their own pace throughout the challenge window.

  • Registration closes: February 20
  • Orientation webinar: February 26 at 1:00 PM EST
  • CTF starts: February 27 at 9:00 AM EST
  • CTF ends: March 2 at 9:00 AM EST
