Gabriel Agboruche

Gabriel Agboruche

Gabriel Agboruche (@ICS_Gabe on Twitter) is a Senior Consultant working in Mandiant’s Security Consulting Services practice, focusing on cybersecurity for industrial control systems and critical infrastructure. Previously working as an Electrical Engineer in the automotive sector, Gabriel transitioned to the security field shortly after the outbreak of the Stuxnet Worm where his commercial nuclear plant environment went through a drastic transformation thrusting him into the midst of the ICS Security field. He began to specialize in commercial Nuclear Plant cybersecurity working as a Security Control Assessor, Security Engineer and Associate Cyber Security Program Manager roles for Orano (formerly Areva) and Westinghouse Electric Company. He also served as a Lead Security Architect for an electrical grid products organization where he specialized in securing microgrid environments for US Federal control system environments. Gabriel currently holds the GSLC, GNFA and GICSP GIAC certifications and is a member if the MiC3 (Michigan Cyber Civilian Core), a group of trained civilian technical experts who individually volunteer to provide rapid response assistance to the State of Michigan in the event of critical cyber incidents.


Amanda Belloff

Amanda Belloff

Amanda Belloff is an industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity lead at Idaho National Lab (INL) supporting the energy sector and Federal national security missions. Amanda has led several teams focused on helping asset owners and operators to protect their most critical functions against catastrophic cyber-enabled sabotage. Amanda also has significant experience in control systems cybersecurity education and training, having stood up multiple training initiatives for the U.S. Government and private sector encompassing technical, hands-on awareness training to in-depth team building and capability enabling instruction.


Jennifer Chavarria Reindl

Jennifer is an alumna of The University of Texas at Austin and has focused her infosec career in protecting the Oil and Gas Industry. She has held roles from System Administration to Incident Response - experience she deems invaluable to finding her niche in Threat Hunting.

In her current role at Shell, she researches and hunts for adversary behaviors, and provides cyber defense support to ICS asset owners. Jennifer currently serves as an advisor for the SANS ICS Summit and the SANS Summit Steering Committee, and was a presenter at the SANS Threat Hunting and IR Summit in 2019. To unplug, she enjoys running with her fur babies and spending weekends at the lake with her husband.


Jason Dely

Jason Dely is responsible for leading the critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS) security practice for Cylance. Prior to joining Cylance, Jason held many roles at Rockwell Automation where he assisted clients with their research, design, integration, testing and response activities across a variety of applications, security, and infrastructure initiatives. During this time, Jason gained in-depth ICS product, protocol and operational experiences that are invaluable when it comes to evaluating and building defenses within critical infrastructure organizations.

Brent Foster is the founder of Extensible Security, based out of Houston, Texas. He started his professional career at a law firm where his clients included a number of privately held asset owners along the Gulf Coast. After quickly realizing life in a law firm wasn't for him, he went in house at Third Coast, which provides toll manufacturing services to the chemical industry. Shortly after coming on board, he became responsible for their IT & OT security in addition to legal and tax. He founded Extensible Security in order to focus on ICS security, but still does some legal and tax work on the side for long time clients.


Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman

Michael is currently a Principle ICS Security Engineer for Shell and has over 20 years of combined experience across the Oil and Gas landscape between ICS Security, Controls and Automation, and Instrumentation. He is a fervent believer in lifelong learning and has both an AAS Degree in Instrumentation & Control Technology and a BS Degree in Computer Science. Michael is currently enrolled in the SANS Technology Institute (STI) MSISE program with a focus in ICS Security and is looking forward to completing the degree at end of 2020/early 2021.


Stuart Wagner

Stuart Wagner

Stuart has developed and led information security programs for multi-billion dollar companies for over twelve years and is currently the Sr. Director, IT Security & Compliance for one of the largest publiclytraded energy partnerships. The companies he has been responsible for cover a broad range of industries, including the oil & gas, chemical, financial and automotive industries. He is a founding Board Member and Chairman of the Oil and Natural Gas Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ONG-ISAC). He has attended the FBI CISO Academy, has served as President of the award-winning South Texas Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and is a member of ISACA and InfraGard. Stuart received his MBA from Rice University.
