Unveiling a New LDR521: Security Culture for Leaders

The new LDR521 is designed to be more strategic and actionable. We’ve updated the course to provide a defined roadmap that you and your security team can implement the day you get back in into the office. Additionally, we’ve added a new section on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate culture change. Key changes include:

  • Simplifying the process of mapping your organization’s overall culture by adopting the Competing Values Framework.
  • Including new case studies, such as Microsoft’s response to the 2023 breach, following the Cyber Safety Review Board (CSRB) report.
  • Providing additional materials on simplifying, automating, and enabling security for your workforce, incorporating lessons learned from Amazon’s JobZero initiative.
  • Updating the Day 5 capstone to leverage SANS’s new ranges.io online simulation technology.
