Bill Moore is the CEO and Founder of XONA, providers of a unique “zero-trust” user access control and analytics platform especially tailored for Operational Technology (OT). Over the last four years, Bill has partnered with global manufacturers and integrators to bring more secure and efficient remote and mobile operations to industrial customers in more than 17 countries.

With over 20 years of cybersecurity experience, Bill has worked with public and private organizations’ leaders to provide better visibility and control over their networks and data to reduce enterprise cyber risks. His expertise includes positions in solution architecting, product marketing, business development as well as building value innovation through strategic technology alliances. Bill has helped build pre-IPO startup technology companies into multibillion-dollar public companies including Aruba Networks (HP), Varonis and FireEye.

Bill has recently been working closely with power, oil and gas, and manufacturing customers as well as Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity technology companies to find more efficient ways to reduce operational costs and cyber risks simultaneously. His insights have been published online and in print across both cybersecurity and industrial sectors including Federal News Network, Security Boulevard, Hart Engineering, Modern Pumping Today and Power Engineering.

Bill obtained his BS degree in Economics from James Madison University.
