About the Program

The Cybersecurity Training Camps are a transformative training initiative delivered by the SANS Institute in partnership with ReDI School of Digital Integration Denmark, and funded by the Industriens Fond. The program is specifically designed to support and advance women with lived experience of migration and displacement—individuals who remain significantly underrepresented in the cybersecurity industry.

Over the course of this intensive 10-week program, participants gain not only cutting-edge, hands-on skills in cybersecurity but also industry-recognised certifications that are essential to entering and thriving in the field.

This program addresses a critical gap in the cybersecurity workforce by actively including voices and talents that are too often excluded. By equipping participants with both technical expertise and professional networks, the program ensures they are fully prepared to launch impactful careers in cybersecurity—confident, qualified, and ready to hit the ground running.

Training Tracks

Foundational Track

Covers IT fundamentals, networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity basics.

Technical Track

Focuses on advanced security topics such as encryption, network defence, and cloud security.
