Takayoshi has extensive experience and technical expertise in cybersecurity, incident response, and internal fraud prevention. He has a wide range of experience in corporate crisis management, particularly in cybersecurity measures and responses. For more than ten years, he was involved in investigating numerous cyberattacks and cyber crime cases as a technical officer of the National Police Agency. Recently, he has handled many cybersecurity cases, such as internal crimes, targeted cyberattacks, and digital forensics. In addition, he has a technical background and has experience in cases involving networks, databases, programming, malware, ransomware, the dark web, intelligence, and penetration testing.
サイバーセキュリティ、インシデント対応、内部不正対策に関する幅広い豊富な経験と技術的知見に基づき、規模に応じて効率的かつ機動的に案件に関与。
企業の危機管理、特にサイバーセキュリティ対策及び対応について多数の案件を経験。10年以上、警察庁技官として数多くのサイバー攻撃やサイバー犯罪事案の捜査にかかわり、技術的な支援を実施。現在も内部犯行事案やサイバー攻撃被害企業への支援、デジタル・フォレンジック対応等、様々なサイバーセキュリティに関する案件に従事。技術的バックグラウンドを持ち、ネットワーク、データベース、プログラミング、マルウェア、ランサムウェア、ダークウェブ、インテリジェンス、ペネトレーションテスト等がかかわる案件にも対応している。
また、複数の委員等に就任し、国立研究開発法人情報通信研究機構の招聘専門員や日本弁護士連合会の情報セキュリティWG委員、埼玉県警察本部のサイバー犯罪対策技術顧問等に就任している。
