Melissa Closser brings 20 years of technical communication and marketing experience in her non-traditional cybersecurity role as BISO Outreach Lead. She develops data-driven stories and learning in cyber, information, and physical security awareness. She is a Systems Security Certified Practitioner through ISC2 and a member of Women in Cybersecurity.
