Dan Noyes is the Department of Energy OT Cyber Threats Program Manager in the Workforce Development and Training Office at Idaho National Laboratory. He leads several industrial control system cybersecurity training programs, including the DOE CyberStrike trainings, DOE Cyber Fire Operational Technology Class, and multiple international training engagements with DOE’s Office of International Affairs.

Dan Noyes is the Department of Energy OT Cyber Threats Program Manager in the Workforce Development and Training Office at Idaho National Laboratory. He leads several industrial control system cybersecurity training programs, including the DOE CyberStrike trainings, DOE Cyber Fire Operational Technology Class, and multiple international training engagements with DOE’s Office of International Affairs.

Mr. Noyes’s history at INL includes work as a Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Analyst and Operations Lead for the DHS Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (now called DHS CISA).

Before joining INL, Dan worked in various information assurance roles at the Pentagon as an Army civilian. He also completed an internship with the National Security Agency while working on an MBA degree at Idaho State University through the National Science Foundation’s Scholarship for Service program.
