As eDiscovery has become a critical process in the legal system and can determine the outcome of a case, it is important for businesses to be prepared for when litigation looms. In this presentation we will examine what eDiscovery is, where it fits into the legal proceedings, how it incorporates digital forensics, and the issues with integrating it into the enterprise environment. We will look at some of the prominent cases, address some current and future issues, and take a look at what happens when the jurisdiction starts to spread over international boundaries.
