Speaker Bios

Arlin Halstead

Arlin Halstead, Vice President of Human Resources at Solutionary, Inc. He joined Solutionary in 2009 with over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and consulting. Prior to joining Solutionary he led HR organizations within the finance, insurance and retail industries and started an HR Consulting company focused on helping start-up companies develop HR programs and practices.

Donald W. Greene

Donny Greene is a Cyber Analyst for RBR-Technologies in support of Defensive Cyber Operations-Internal Defense Measures at Joint Forces Headquarters DODIN. Donny is a graduate of the initial SANS CyberTalent Immersion Academy cohort.

Prior to his role with RBR-Technologies, Donny served 23 plus years in the U.S. Air Force in various positions culminating as Strategic Mitigations Manager, Network Assurance, DISA Command Center.

Charles Campbell

Chief Master Sergeant Charles E. "Chip" Campbell is the Cyberspace Support (3D0XX) Air Force Career Field Manager, Cyberspace Strategy and Policy Directorate, Office of Information Dominance and the Chief Information Officer, Secretary of the Air Force, The Pentagon, Washington D.C. He oversees training, manpower, utilization, assignments, and related actions involving over 7,500 active duty, Guard and Reserve cyberspace support personnel in four AFSCs.

CMSgt Campbell enlisted in the Air Force in October 1990. His background includes numerous duties in the Security Forces career field, culminating as a Military Working Dog Handler Instructor before retraining into Communications Operations in March 2001. He has deployed numerous times in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, DESERT FOX, SEA SIGNAL, SOUTHERN WATCH, and DESERT STORM.

Prior to assuming his current duties, he was the Cyberspace Support MAJCOM Functional Manager for Air Mobility Command at Scott AFB, Illinois.

David. W. Brown

David Brown is the Director of CyberTalent at the SANS Institute, a new business unit focused on developing programs and tools to identify, assess, train, and manage cybersecurity human capital. David joined SANS in 2012 as Director of the Cyber Aces Foundation, a SANS-affiliated organization focused on identifying and preparing nontraditional candidates for careers in cybersecurity.

Prior to SANS David served in senior management roles in medical research, financial services, and higher education.
