In today's security landscape, we need all the help we can get. Attackers are getting smarter, targeted attacks are on the rise, and many of our traditional prevention tools have failed us. More and more, security teams are looking at improving detection and response efforts using threat intelligence as a means to better prevent and detect targeted attacks. There's a problem, though - what is threat intelligence, exactly? There have been a lot of different definitions given, but today threat intelligence means different things to different groups.
