Overview

The question of whether SaaS applications will continue to be accepted and embraced in the aftermath of 2013's revelations has largely been answered; most organizations are using at least one (and often many more) public cloud platforms, with no signs of the trend slowing. As cloud adoption grows, topics such as data governance, effective DLP, and the appropriate use of encryption have become increasingly important for information security professionals to understand and respond to.

In this Ask the Expert webcast, John Pescatore,Director of Emerging Security Trends at SANS, and Kevin O'Brien, Director of Product Marketing at CloudLock, will present a framework for thinking through these requirements, and speak to how CloudLock is helping organizations create and enforce their security programs in the cloud without driving users into insecure alternative systems.
