Overview

Join us for a discussion regarding doctoral research on how network-centric practices may be undermining your Security Operations Center mission. After gathering survey data and analyzing sampled job advertisements a picture emerges of historical perpetuation of perimeter protection dating to the Maginot line of France. We will discuss the network perspective, results of the research and the importance of changing bias and hiring skills to focus on user data analytics and application monitoring.
