David Hazar

David is a security consultant based in Salt Lake City, Utah focused on vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and DevOps. David has 20+ years of broad, deep technical experience gained from a wide variety of IT functions held throughout his career, including: Developer, Server Admin, Network Admin, Domain Admin, Telephony Admin, Database Admin/Developer, Security Engineer, Risk Manager, and AppSec Engineer. David is a co-author and instructor for MGT516: Managing Security Vulnerabilities: Enterprise and Cloud, an instructor for and contributor to SEC540: Cloud Security and DevOps Automation, and has also developed and led technical security training initiatives at many of the companies for which he has worked. Joe Vadakkan

Joe Vadakkan brings more than 18 years of Global Infrastructure Architecture and Security experience, focusing on all aspects of cyber and data security to his role Global Practice Leader, Cloud Security for Optiv. Joe focuses on understanding business needs, security risks, and an ever-evolving technology landscape in the areas of cyber digital transformation (CDx) which includes Secure Cloud, Data Analytics, and Automation to help guide his organizations through the process of defining and maturing their security programs. Joe also serves as the President of the Cloud Security Alliance for the Southwest. He sits on various tech councils & startup incubation boards, founder and organizer of local cybersecurity and cloud tech groups spanning over 1000 members where he hosts and speaks around bleeding edge topics.

David Aiken

David Aiken is a Solutions Architect Manager at AWS Marketplace and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. He leads a team of specialist SA’s that help customers implement security and governance best practices. His skills include cloud computing, enterprise architecture, agile methodologies, web services, and software design and development. David has also worked as a product manager, technical specialist, and architect evangelist.
