Overview

Layer 7 filtering is essential in keeping your network secure. Having a solution that can filter known and unknown applications by operating system, browser, device type, service provider, and geolocation helps your tools get the right data they need to do their job. But data filtering isnt the only thing your tools need. True application intelligence that keeps your signature, geolocation, and threat information database up to date helps offload work from your tools so that they can identify indicators of compromise and detect malicious activity faster. This webinar will discuss application intelligence and how it can make your network more secure.

At this webinar youll learn:

  • What context-aware data is
  • The difference between application filtering and application intelligence
  • Use cases for application intelligence
