Overview

Security roles are in high demand and there's a lot of churn and job swapping occurring. In addition, many employees cite dissatisfaction with jobs as a reason for changing positions. In this webcast Christopher Crowley discusses strategies for defining your security operations / SOC positions so they're attractive to prospective candidates. He shows a framework to provide training within the team to drive performance and make on-boarding easier in the future. Finally, he'll cite frequent reasons for dissatisfaction and how to assure people are more likely to stay for the certainty of career growth and personal challenge than switch positions to another organization.
