Overview

The cloud has brought unprecedented scale and integration resulting in new levels of complexity and risk. Using traditional point-to-point identity federation and siloed identity infrastructure wont succeed in todays journey to the cloud. What is needed is an identity fabric that bridges the enterprise across disparate SaaS apps that provides a simple and consistent experience for users and a single pane of glass for enterprises to manage and control. Join this webcast with Eric Olden, SVP and GM of Oracle Identity and Security, to learn about the five key technologies that must evolve to implement a successful identity management solution that addresses hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Speaker Bio

Eric Olden

Eric is responsible for driving Oracle’s vision for the future of cloud identity and security: autonomous and integrated identity and security built for the cloud. This includes ownership of Oracle Identity Management and Security strategy and product development. Prior to joining Oracle, Eric co-founded and was CEO of Symplified, an early leader in cloud identity and access management. He architected and led the development of one of the first SaaS single sign-on and access management solutions, and spearheaded integration with AWS (and 2 other cloud IaaS platforms) to create a cloud-native 'trust fabric' that enabled identity to be consumed with dial-tone simplicity as a global cloud service. Eric is also the co-author of what became SAML, has been awarded multiple patents, and was CTO of Securant/ClearTrust. Symplified and Securant/ClearTrust were both acquired by RSA.
