Overview
The adoption of cloud native technologies such as containers, microservices, and immutable infrastructure requires declarative, automated security controls. To keep up with the pace of development, we need to detect and prevent platform vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle before they can be introduced into the runtime environment.
In this presentation, you will learn how security risk hides in cloud technologies such as containerized workloads. We will demonstrate how techniques such as Policy as Code help you detect security vulnerabilities by embedding guardrails into infrastructure provisioning processes and how Remediation as Code programmatically delivers fixes as code to quickly mitigate issues before they become exploitable vulnerabilities at runtime.
