Archana Ragothaman

Archana has worked with large financial institutions and Government agencies to help troubleshoot performance problems in their mission critical applications. Over the past 8 years, she has worked with security teams at large enterprises to incorporate Network Detection and Response (NDR) capabilities into their SOC strategy. Her expertise involves analyzing network traffic to find attacker movement within the east-west corridor of on-premise and cloud infrastructure. She advises security teams on how to improve their cybersecurity hygiene as well as how to investigate detections that could be indicative of malicious behavior like lateral movement, privilege escalation, data staging and other TTPs corresponding to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

She has also led presentations and served as a panelist at various CyberSecurity conferences on topics like Ransomware and a Zero Trust model. She is passionate about building high-impact, diverse teams and about working with innovative technology. She currently leads a team of Sales Engineers that helps organizations defend themselves against bad actors. Archana has a Bachelors of Engineering degree from Mumbai University and a Masters in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland.
