  • Speakers: John Pescatore, Tony Sager

The Department of Homeland Security recently awarded the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Blanket Purchase Agreement across multiple system integrators and security product vendors. The CDM program presents an opportunity for government agencies to use DHS funding to procure, deploy and operate the critical security controls needed to detect advanced attacks and prevent breaches, as well as meet NIST requirements for continuous monitoring. Over the next 5 years up to $6B of funding has been programmed to support this historic effort.

At this webinar, a distinguished panel of experts will provide details on the CDM contract and how to use it, pinpoint the security advances that CDM will enable, discuss how state and local governments can also benefit and present SANS plans for supporting the security community in using the CDM vehicle to make real, lasting advances in cybersecurity.
