  • Select your preferred course delivery method at the time of registration.
  • Should the COVID-19 situation cause changes to your preferred delivery method, SANS will contact you via email.
  • Visit our events page to learn about benefits of In-Person and Live Online training.
  • See our Event Safety tab to view the precautions our venues will implement.

As we welcome you back to our In-Person Training Events, the safety of you, our Customer, remains our greatest priority. We continue to monitor the situation around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and as it continues to evolve, we will adapt and do everything we can to ensure your training is safe.

We take great pride in working with hotel venues that maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our venues have taken extreme measures, developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities, including the WHO and CDC, to make cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

Our commitment to you: to always make proactive decisions that are grounded in care, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. We are grateful for the trust you have shown us over the years and can't wait to welcome you back.

As we prepare for a return to In-Person Training, we have taken extraordinary planning steps to be thoughtful about our response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our safety measures for this event will conform to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State and Local government agencies.

While this guidance is subject to change, it currently includes:

Face Masks – must be worn at all times, including in the classrooms (unless medically exempt). An adjustable, cloth mask will be provided at check-in. For those who are unable to comply, remote live training options are available, including Live Online courses at this event

Safety Zone – a standard 10’ distance between the instructor and the first row of student tables will be set up, ensuring our faculty can effectively teach, unmasked and unrestricted

Temperature Checks – each day students will pass through recommended, contactless temperature check stations on their way to classes. SANS Staff and Faculty will undergo required temperature checks. “I’m cool” stickers will be provided to those who opt-in daily

Physical Distancing inside of Classrooms – classrooms will be set to allow for a 6’ radial distance between students. We ask that you maintain this social distancing at all times

Cleanliness – the hotel will provide hygiene measures including nightly deep cleaning, replacing linens, electrostatic cleaning of classrooms, and disinfecting public areas, doorknobs, tables, chairs and other high-touch surfaces

In-Person Training may feel different from the last time you attended but together, we will successfully adapt.
